Medical Texts

What ancient texts there on medicine seem to be more magical and concerned with divination through bizarre augury than science, BUT some of them seem to have disturbingly accurate anatomical drawings. Every ailment was believed to be the work of a god if it were not from simple bodily injury. They were particularly interested in inborn deformations, epilepsy, and those "touched" directly by gods, riddled with eccentricities and what modern people would consider "delusions" but what Iremic Mysticism considers prophecy. In the latter case, they were also especially interested in removing and preserving the brain.

Most strange of all, there are unknown implements and constructions which resemble almost modern medical equipment.
